SIZE OF THE BANDAGE, WITH 2-3cm BIGGER THAN THE SIZE OF THE WOUND

PRESS WELL THE EDGES

THE SWELLING OF THE BANDAGE IS AN INDICATION FOR ITS CHANGE

A) NECROTIC WOUNDS – 3-4 days
B) GRANULATING WOUNDS WITH AVERAGE & SMALL EXUDATE, EPITELISING WOUNDS – up to 7 days

REMOVING THE DRESSING:

GRADUALLY UNSTICK THE BANDAGE

A GEL IS FORMING DURING THE INTERACTION OF THE HYDROCOLLOIDS WITH THE WOUND'S EXUDATE
